This barbecue oyster dish looks so yummy, I just had to pass it on to you. The following entry was taken from the ever-informative newsletter from the nugget. I love to barbecue Pacific Oysters! I prefer smaller-sized, but just about any size will do — for some folks bigger is better. Use ample heat and be sure to watch them carefully. As soon as they pop open the oysters are ready to eat. Shells will be hot so please be careful handling them. Make sure all of your favorite condiments are ready to go, whether you are topping them off with our Wasabi Mustard Sauce , a compound butter, or a simple squeeze of lemon and a dash of Southern-style hot sauce — barbecued oysters are to be eaten HOT off the grill! Light beers pair nicely with barbecued oysters but the best pairing by far is a light, crisp, citrusy Sauvignon Blanc.

American Idol: Season 7

Syesha Mercado was asked to leave last night on American Idol. Now it is down to the wire. All that’s left is David Cook and David Archuleta. While Archuleta sings like an angel and you just want to squeeze the sweet cheeks of his, I will make my prediction that David Cook will be the final winning vote! Both Mercado and Archuleta will have producers knocking at their doors if they haven't already. Amazing talent!

Get Carried away!

Sex and the City is coming to the big screen in a feature film adaptation of the hit HBO television series.

The film will follow the continuing adventures of the series four main characters - Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda - as they live their lives in Manhattan four years after the series ended. Stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon are all on board to reprise their roles, while the film will be written and directed by Michael Patrick King, who executive produced the original television series.

Additionally, Chris Noth, David Eigenberg, Evan Handler and Jason Lewis will return as the women’s love interests. Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Hudson (Dreamgirls) has also joined the cast of the film and will play Carrie Bradshaw’s assistant, a new character to be introduced in the film. Sex and the City is scheduled for a May 30th release.
